Thanks to its extended half-life with DAC, injections are typically required only once or twice a week. However, while this consistent release can stimulate GH production through the GHRH receptor, it may not fully mimic the body's natural physiological conditions, potentially leading to a reduced amplitude of GH pulses and diminished tissue-stimulating effects.

**Safety Considerations:**
