  • Oral azole antifungals (topical treatments for candida/thrush are safe)
  • SSRIs, SNRIs, Lithium, and Tricyclic antidepressants
  • MAOI antidepressants
  • Other serotonin-enhancing drugs, such as L-Tryptophans, Triptans, Tramadol, Linezolid, and St John's Wort
  • CYP3A4 inhibitors
  • ART protease inhibitors for HIV and other viruses

    • Patients currently on any of these medications should wait 14 days after stopping treatment before starting Dapoxetine. Conversely, those on Dapoxetine should discontinue it at least 7 days prior to starting any of the listed medications.
