3. Disinfect the injection site with alcohol.
4. Pinch the skin around the injection site, leaving approximately 2 cm on each side.
5. Position the syringe at a 90-degree angle to your skin and swiftly insert the needle.
6. Press the plunger down fully to dispense the syringe contents, then withdraw it carefully.

To promote lean muscle growth and aid fat loss:

• 40 mcg - 50 mcg daily
For Men:
• 10 mcg - 20 mcg daily
For Women:
